Last updated: July 11, 2026

Welcome to the Women of Bitcoin Summit. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your participation in the Women of Bitcoin Summit (together, the “Website”), operated by Women of Bitcoin (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By using the Website or registering for the Summit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

About Us

Women of Bitcoin is a volunteer-led initiative dedicated to Bitcoin education, self-custody, and community. The Summit is a free, virtual educational event.

Educational Content — Not Financial Advice

All content on the Website and presented at the Summit — including sessions, workshops, replays, and materials — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Website or at the Summit constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold Bitcoin or any other asset. The views expressed by speakers, hosts, and guests are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Women of Bitcoin. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and we encourage you to consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

Registration

Summit tickets are free. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your registration for your own personal use.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are received by American Dreams Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 32-0850819). They support this Summit and future events that empower women in the Bitcoin space, in person and online.

Recordings

Summit sessions may be recorded, and recordings or replays may be published on the Website or third-party platforms such as YouTube. By participating in interactive portions of the Summit, you consent to appearing in such recordings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by: violating any applicable law; interfering with the operation of the Website or event platforms; scraping, harvesting, or collecting other attendees’ information; impersonating any person or organization; or transmitting harmful code or unsolicited commercial messages.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its content — including the Women of Bitcoin name, logo, text, graphics, and recordings — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Website links to and integrates third-party platforms (such as YouTube, X, Instagram, Nostr clients, event hosting, and payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and the Summit are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Women of Bitcoin and its directors, officers, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, assets, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or participation in the Summit.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Women of Bitcoin from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or the Summit for conduct that violates these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Women of Bitcoin is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
